Question: Where in Texas can you find a giant teapot that its creator claims is the largest in the world?

Answer: Navasota. Stewart Thompson, the owner of Martha’s Bloomers garden center and cafe, built the teapot in 2003 after visiting Chester, West Virginia, where he saw an advertisement for the world’s largest teapot. He determined to build a bigger one because “everything is just bigger and better in Texas.” Located off State Highway 6, the teapot measures 15’4” tall and 14’4” in diameter, not counting the spout or handle.
