How Do You Get a Return on Your Investment?
We believe in transparency. Like any investment, there’s risk—but The Flyover reached profitability after just two years, with 80% gross margins and 24% net income. That places us among the top 1% of media startups in America.
Here’s how your investment could create a real return:
Sale: A larger media company or strategic partner could acquire The Flyover. If that day comes, we’ll only partner with those who share our values.
Public Listing: We could one day go public, giving you the freedom to buy and sell your shares.
Profit Distributions (Dividends): Because we’re already profitable, future dividends are a real possibility.
These are the same paths that have rewarded early investors in other successful startups—and they’re all possible because of the momentum you’ve helped build.
The reality golf show Big Break is coming to Horseshoe Bay Resort next year. It last aired on the Golf Channel in 2015. The 24th season is a collaboration with the popular Frisco-based YouTube golf group Good Good Golf.
The show debuted in 2003, giving aspiring professional golfers the chance to participate in select tournaments by winning a competition featuring challenges like the Glass Break and Flop Wall. The winner of Season 24 will get to play in the inaugural Good Good Championship in Austin next November.
Good Good Golf team members Brad Dalke and Sean Walsh will be two of the 12 competitors, while former Big Break runner-up and Golf Channel personality Blair O’Neal will host alongside Good Good’s Matt Scharff.
Randy Zupanski, Horseshoe Bay Resort’s managing director, said he is “overjoyed” the show will feature the resort, which was named one of the “Top 100 Golf Resorts in North America” by Golf Magazine in 2019.
Bank of America CEO Lauds DFW’s Economy
The North Texas economy has experienced significant growth in recent years and is poised to continue, according to Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan, who said that the region accounts for $125 billion of the company’s $173 billion in deposits throughout the state.
Moynihan highlighted recent bank mergers, newly opened divisions of the Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange, and the launch of the Texas Stock Exchange. He called the Metroplex an “intellectual powerhouse,” noting “how many technology people we have working there.”
DataBank CEO Raul Martynek echoed those sentiments, predicting Dallas-Fort Worth could overtake Ashburn, Virginia, as the nation’s “dominant location for data center capacity” in a couple of years.
The region’s economic strength is fueling a population boom. According to the Texas Demographic Center, the Dallas-Fort Worth area is expected to exceed 10 million people within 10 years, surpassing Chicago as the nation’s third-largest metropolitan area.
Dallas Mansion Listed for $23 Million
An iconic 9,062-square-foot Dallas mansion, which previously hosted a prestigious annual art auction and gala, has been publicly listed for $23 million.
The all-white, glass-paneled Rachofsky House, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier for hedge fund manager Howard Rachofsky and his wife, was built in 1996 to entertain guests and house an extensive art collection.
Since 1999, the couple has hosted the annual TWO x TWO for AIDS and Art, raising $130 million for the Dallas Museum of Art and amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research. The event has featured performers such as Diana Ross and Ricky Martin.
Howard Rachofsky, 81, said he and his wife are selling the house as part of their estate planning. Situated on 3.2 acres with a pond, the home has two bedrooms, two full baths, and four half-baths.

Unknown Number Calling? It’s Not Random
The BBC caught scam call center workers on hidden cameras as they laughed at the people they were tricking. One worker bragged about making $250K from victims. The disturbing truth? Scammers don’t pick phone numbers at random. They buy your data from brokers.
Once your data is out there, it’s not just calls. It’s phishing, impersonation, and identity theft. That’s why we recommend Incogni: They delete your info from the web, monitor and follow up automatically, and continue to erase data as new risks appear.
