Texans are realizing it’s all about net savings
For years, some Texans have gone back to the same property tax protest firms – assuming that’s just the way things are done. But here’s the truth: those firms often charge 40-50% of your savings and minimum fees, whether they win big or not.
Ownwell’s changed that. We fight for similar reductions (and often more), but only charge 25% of the savings. No minimum fees. That means net of fees, many Texans keep more money in their pocket with Ownwell.
If you’ve been with the same firm for years, it’s time to ask: Are you getting the optimal net savings every year? With Ownwell, you have the best chance.
