Good morning! On this day in 1860, fires in several North Texas towns sparked a panic known as the “Texas Troubles.” Residents blamed abolitionists and slaves for inciting a revolt, leading to dozens of lynchings and influencing Texas’ decision to secede from the Union the following year.
If you’re on the Texas coast, we hope you and your family stay safe as Hurricane Beryl comes ashore.
We want to hear from you! Send us your thoughts by shooting us a reply.

Beryl Makes Landfall
Acting Governor Dan Patrick added 81 counties to a previously issued hurricane disaster declaration as Beryl tracked north over the weekend, bringing the number of counties threatened by the storm to 121.
Several coastal counties—including parts of La Marque, Brazoria, Matagorda, and Galveston—issued voluntary evacuation orders. Mandatory evacuations were issued for visitors to Port Aransas and all residents of Quintana.
Hurricane Beryl is expected to make landfall north of Corpus Christi this morning, bringing up to 8 inches of rain, 5 to 7 feet of storm surge, winds up to 70 mph, and potential tornados.
The storm will continue moving north throughout the day and reach DFW tomorrow morning.

UT Offers Protestors a Quiz for Probation
Anti-Israel protestors arrested at the University of Texas in April now reportedly face disciplinary action ranging from suspension for a few to probation for the majority.
In letters sent to more than 130 students, UT officials offered most students a choice between suspension and taking a test to prove they understand the university’s conduct rules in order to get probation as a “deferred suspension.”
The students must score 90% on that test and can still be suspended if they break campus rules again. Last month, a court dismissed trespassing charges against about 80 UT protestors.

I’m medical scientist Clint Winters.
In the world of anti-aging, there is nothing more powerful or controversial than HGH.
It has the reputation of “freezing age” for anyone who uses it.
… And now you can access it without expensive doctors or prescriptions.
No – I’m not giving you “illegal” information.
Here is how HGH is now 100% legal and available in All 50 States
In a nutshell, after 5 years of intense study, there is now a naturally extracted form of IGF 1 (the conversion of HGH) that does not require a script to buy or use.
… And it is already rapidly changing lives
In fact, it costs 90% less than traditional HGH treatments, making it affordable for anyone over 50 years old looking to get an edge on life.
But don’t let the pricing fool you, this is a very powerful compound that has yielded stunning results for those over 40.
Since 2019, it has been privately tested on over 15,000 aging Americans, many looking years (or even decades younger) in 30 days.
Heck, it has even personally changed my life.
After 41, this powerful compound has allowed me to virtually age backwards. Results so powerful it is still very much banned in tested sports.
As you may recall, this breakthrough is why Vijay Singh, Tiger Woods and Ray Lewis were all under fire due to their superhuman ability to heal and defy age.
Here is a private page explaining exactly how it works
