A federal trial began Monday in Austin for six drivers accused of harassing a Biden-Harris campaign bus in Texas days before the 2020 presidential election.

A cell phone video filmed by Wendy Davis—the 2014 Democratic candidate for Texas governor—shows members of the “Trump Train” weaving around the bus, frightening passengers and causing the campaign to cancel its scheduled events in the state that day.

The lawsuit seeks damages under the Ku Klux Klan Act, citing political violence and intimidation, while the defense argues that the convoy was a spontaneous rally in support of Trump, not a conspiracy to harm the campaign.

A 63,000-square-foot mansion in Manvel abandoned for over 20 years, has found new life as a commercial hub and college campus.

After attempts to sell the 46-bedroom property failed, owner Jim Youngblood rented it out to small businesses, filling all but 450 square feet of space.

Alvin Community College, one of the largest tenants, is using the mansion to expand its offerings with workforce training and general education courses.

The building also houses various businesses, including a barbershop, a store, and a church, embracing its unique setting.
