Three people, including a child, sustained gunshot injuries at a Dallas high-rise apartment Thursday. One victim emerged from the building holding his stomach and asking for help. Police swarmed the area but were unable to detain the shooter.

No suspect has been named, and the shooter remains at large. Sources indicate the shooting arose from a dispute and was not a random attack.

The victims’ conditions haven’t been released, but full recoveries are expected.
